60 days long gone, evidence submitted more than once and still get the same response from CAA, twitter, email or on the phone thank you for your patience!

@UK_CAA I was contacted two weeks ago to submit evidence to which I did as soon as the email came though.
Two weeks ago, still no money in account. Will I get my money this before xmas? Please dont reply with bog standard message, it's a simple question!

I can't believe I've just been sent an email to submit all evidence in regards to my Thomas Cook holiday! 8 days before the 'within 60 days' is up!
14th October they said for all DD customers! Absolute joke!!

You realise it's been 60 days next week. No one has contacted me for further evidence and I hope you dont on the 60th day requesting it either.
This has been ridiculous! We all want our atol protected money that we are owed!

What's the chances to all Thomas Cook customers who are still waiting to receive there money back within the 60 day timeframe??
Direct debit customer, monthly payments, paid in a Thomas Cook shop, not complicated.
16 days left to go to meet the deadline @UK_CAA we're see 🤔🤨

@UK_CAA OT I think the problem & all this frustration is coming from & not just me is the fact the information submitted by CAA on website and Thomas cooks website is the same response we've received since the week commencing 23rd Sept. That was 40 days ago, not 14 like website said 🙄
