@nicksortor In this case, at least I hope, jury nullification would not be in play here but it is the ONLY constitutionally guaranteed righ granted to a collective group. It was designed to be the final guard against a tyrannical government short of civil war

@nicksortor The judge is a LIAR. The jury has absolutely zero duty to follow his or her instructions. The jury has the SOLE authority to determine both facts and laws of any case.
