@CodyAlcorn Also that stretch your accident happened at is notorious for unlicensed and uninsured drivers. You should look more into that too. I had a GC cop tell me back in that day that you wouldn’t believe the amount of crime that happens in that area, it’s the unincorporated part

@CodyAlcorn Similar situations have happened constantly with repeat offenders from dekalb getting released by incompetent judges that wreak havoc on the surrounding counties. We lost two Gwinnett cops earlier this year to an ambush because of this.
