@ScotRail you are a disgrace. I never did receive a refund. Had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover my money for being unable to board a train with pre booked tickets. Inverness to Aberdeen train arrived at Keith platform 27th Dec rammed like a cattle truck.

@ScotRail what a joke. 10.13 service Inverness to Aberdeen. Could not get on train at Keith as it was full. Pre booked tickets as travelling with my 72 year old mother. Ended up driving to Aberdeen and taking an additional stranded passenger who needed to get to the airport!

@ScotRail Still no refund. Absolute shambles of a service. Get moaned at if you get on train and ticket isn’t activated. Have tickets activated but can’t get on due to overcrowding. Now refund is no where to be seen!!! £37.50 paid to ScotRail when I had to just drive my car to Aberdeen!!!

@ScotRail I hope the £5 admin fee is not being charged for this. Says I cannot be refunded as ticket is downloaded to device. We are expected to have ticket downloaded before we board but there was no space to board.
