@simplepastor I guess It's not as easy as making your base church outside the UK in the country you plant into. And start from there rather than here in the UK. I wonder if there's any unconscious bias?

@marcushoneysett I also wonder whether leaders have a bias. So those who are 'diamonds in the rough' don't get nurtured, get bypassed. Got to already look like a leader, rather than seek the calling of God on their lives.

@Andrea161796572 @TerryVirgo Asher lost 15% body weight, had jaundice, any worse & he would have needed a blood trans. Risk of brain damage too.
Light therapy was given 48hrs to work. Hallelujah. He was taken off at 3am & the staff said they didn't think he would make it. How good is our God!!

My guess is that if you've got a church that is really excited about Jesus, loving God and each other, with grace-saturated culture flowing from transformed hearts and lives, that changing things becomes much less of an issue
