@AlexLathery These guys: https://t.co/O4RHdw2tFF. I like to search for podcast episodes with ceos when vetting vendors. Can give you real insight into culture and how customer satisfaction is priotized. Theirs passed with flying colors
@RealYoungMarius@christmaslightr YouTube guy is right if you’re established enough to have capital reserves and a good handle on projections for demand, install capacity, & customer acquisition cost. If not, cash flow benefits of using deposit money for materials far outweigh the cost savings of early purchase
@daviscfisher Is it too high relative to other junk removal companies with reviews as good as ours? Or is it too high for what you can comfortably spend?
@redspireusnc@trentjhughes This. They have built (and are still building) an amazing property breaking all the rules of what a golf facility is supposed to be. And people LOVE it
@joebenson And if you want to broaden your search, hit up my man Kelly at https://t.co/1rdOVUbWyg. He’s a digital marketing pro and has relationships at Resorts all over the place. Y’all will get along swimmingly.
@joebenson Asheville also has a TON of great local restaurants, breweries, fishing and other random non-golf stuff to do. There are also other great courses to go play close by. My picks are Springdale and Mountain Aire
@joebenson Next up: Asheville. This one’s a sleeper. Don’t get cute. Stay and play at the Grove Park Inn. It’s fantastic. And their golf course is great. And right next door is CC of Asheville. If you have some private club members in your group, you can probably get out there pretty easily
