@markmartin At 50, Mark also finished 2nd in points to Jimmie Johnson this yr, other yrs being 1990 & 1994 to Dale Earnhardt, 1998 to Jeff Gordon, & 2002 to Tony Stewart

IMO the reason for no championships, the little bit of racing luck/calls (cautions etc) that's needed,went the other way
