@HurupayApp How about when you get paid and end up loosing the entire salary under unclear circumstances, without any reasonable reason or even some sort of a receipt proving a refund happened?
@HurupayApp so guys, I have attempted all channels and it's not working, 1,500USD can't just vanish into thin air after you sent an email confirming an incoming deposit. Enough of the bullshit, send a receipt confirming reversal or fund my account. That's it.
@HurupayApp It's not a very good morning for me, I have had a deposit that hasn't been credited to my account for days now and customer service is not doing much to help.
@HurupayApp guys don't break the trust. Tell me why I received an email yesterday mid day saying that my incoming deposit will be credited in my wallet in some few hrs, it's now more than 30hrs and somehow no one is giving any answers, it's my first salary with you guys.
