@benn_elisbenn@LNER@NickGibbons412 Just a heads up, in standard, you can order food to your seat by scanning the QR code, you don't need to go to the catering unit.
I didn't realise the decision to block the #SevereAlerts doesn't transfer between Android phones when restoring settings. Well thank you @andyburnham for reminding me to turn them off again!
You've absolutely abused an emergency alert system and pissed off loads of people! Fuck U
@Deliveroo@gopuff These items should be restricted to 2 per order, but I guess it's nice that there's no fees on someone's final order?
(No I am not ordering, but this should not be possible!)
@Kieran_ayrshire@TPExpressTrains Also worth flagging: on the outbound, a wheelchair user was told at the ramp to use the front set. On the return, our TM told us travelling in the rear set is "not allowed" - this is recorded. Two separate TMs, same message, same day. Not an isolated misunderstanding.
@Kieran_ayrshire@TPExpressTrains Not the wheelchair user myself, travelling with my partner who is. Both TMs on our services today (1019 out, 1B91 back) told us the same thing, front set only, no exceptions. If that's not official policy then something's badly wrong with what's being told to passengers and staff
@TPExpressTrains Perfect, thanks, I've sent that. Apologies in advance to whoever has to see that photo. I can't believe it's acceptable to operate a 2 set train with only 1 TM, surely it's a recipe for disaster if there's any emergency or incident in the other set.
@TPExpressTrains The accessible toilet in coach C of H/C 1019 Liverpool Lime Street to Cleethorpes is absolutely disgusting, there's 💩 everywhere! No service in 1st and no TM visible. Is this the norm?
