@NETGEAR Thanks for your reply...ref is 44605097 - after trying on and off all day I finally managed to speak to someone, got cut off a couple of times with no callback, then passed around to different people and finally managed to get a warranty replacement ordered, not a good experience

@AsdaServiceTeam Really poor service...delivery 8 days ago, pending payment dropped off and is now pending again, no receipt confirming costs, subs or items unavailable and the items that were unsuitable have to be given to the driver next time we order - 3 calls & not sorted!
