1. So many rebounds are lost by going for them with 1 hand rather than 2.
2. So many shots are missed because players don’t plant the catch foot and they fade sideways.
3. So many screens are missed because the receiver doesn’t set the defender up.

It’s all correctable !!

A simple but effective concept Washington State goes to all the time--posting up on the strong side and then setting a stagger for the low man or pinning in for the wing depending on which defender leaves to provide help.
