@McDonalds @McDNYTriState can someone from corporate explain why I placed an app order this morning only for someone one state over to pick up a different order and have it billed to me? I had to place a second order just to get food? I don’t appreciate fraud on my credit cards.

@AskAmex @JetBlue doesn’t have lounges, already bought extra leg room and early boarding, not that I need it since they now reciprocate status with @AmericanAir. In-flight WiFi is free and I don’t check bags.. @Chase Sapphire Reserve has more categories the credit can be used for.

@Jabra_US Deb couldn't help b/c it was out of warranty.... I'm pretty sure you designed these products to fall apart after a year b/c big companies will just buy replacements without hesitation... but nobody cares about us little folk.

@smithaprasadh It has to do with the size of the aircraft, more specifically the maximum take off weight. The bigger the plane the more spacing needs to happen between them to avoid wake turbulence
