@GenesisUSA This was avoidable!! Picked the car up against my better judgment. Brakes failed. Steering failed. Crash through a mile marker and landed in ditch. My safety nor other’s safety doesn’t matter @GenesisUSA
@GenesisUSA Very bothered, @GenesisUSA . This is adding major additional medical stress. Vehicle now ~90 days out of service between failed repairs, accident/body shop delays, and sitting at Genesis of Selma awaiting corporate inspection. Beyond unreasonable.
@GenesisUSA Great job @GenesisUSA forcing my to return my loaner car and pick up my unsafe, unrepaired car while we wait for surrender date for lemon law. I pray nothing happens in the mean time. Ridiculous.
@GenesisUSA@GenesisUSA job well done. Case # 42149933. Still not resolved and now 2nd defect related accident. Second!!! My safety is not priority!!! Now i have to pay a second deductible and more rental costs!!! All of this was avoidable since January!!
@GenesisUSA I do not have a case manager. They keep telling me to contact my attorney. My attorney told me to contact the dealer. The dealer told me to contact Genesis. I am not being fairly treated!
@GenesisUSA The saga continues. Genesis has agreed to repurchase my vehicle through my attorney. I’ve been asked to return the loaner vehicle. I’ve simply requested written confirm that they consider my vehicle safe to operate. My nephew often rides with me, so safety remains my top priority
@Kev_Bern Hello Kevin. We are disappointed to hear about your experience. We have escalated your concerns to the appropriate parties for further assistance. Thank you. ^cc
@GenesisUSA When you gave them a chance to buy the car back, 3 repair attempts, begging in email for a fourth repair attempt and you have a defect caused accident. Insurance coverage of rental expires on 4/28. I think Genesis should offer a rental for me as this was avoidable!
@GenesisUSA@GenesisUSA 75 days out of service and counting. Genesis had the opportunity to buy back the vehicle back in January before all of this escalated, including the defect-related accident. Instead, Genesis denied the buyback, forcing me to retain legal counsel!
@GenesisUSA@GenesisUSA The games continue at the retailer level.
My Case Manager confirmed retailer had a loaner and was arranging my tow. Within an hour, they gave it to someone else.
I live an hour away I can’t just wait around. This has been happening since early March! #pathetic
@GenesisUSA@GenesisUSA On 5/1 I went to pick up my car and it didn’t feel safe. The body shop kept it and can’t get a response from Genesis to arrange a tow and inspection.
Now I’m paying out of pocket for a rental due to delays. This is a safety issue, not parts.
No safe car, no support!
@GenesisUSA — do better. This is not right.
Reported braking/steering defects in January and asked for a buyback.
3 failed repairs + defect-caused crash with injury. Completely avoidable.
Why am I still expected to drive this?
Thankful to NHTSA and the Attorney General,

Kind of annoying watching episode after episode of Zach being mad at Matt for not giving him the property at the price he wanted. Business & family is always separate. If you can handle business deals; stick to soccer. It disrespectful how they treat @mattroloff & Caryn.
