一款后台名为“AI Helper”的安卓工具，据产品文件描述，可复制通讯录和短信、追踪位置、监控通话，并让操作者远程访问手机摄像头。

研究者还称，ZRON 的邮件系统可秘密提取邮箱内容，用 AI 分析邮件及联系人关系；
新取得的资料中，涉及外国使馆和政府部门的邮件比此前样本更多。
另一套“螭龙QB”平台据称可整合电信、银行等不同来源的数据，向政府客户提供分析服务。

NetAskari 根据员工内部消息推测，部分工具可能与公安部第三研究所人员共同开发。

• Subscriber identifiers: mobile phone numbers and IMSI identifiers

• Usage and billing data: data consumption, voice minutes, SMS counts, account balances, outstanding charges, and loyalty points

邵阳警方被曝：县里缺钱，“太爷”开价1亿买自由，敢上诉“往死里判”

9月19日，微信公众号“法与情”刊发巫英蛟、刘虎的报道，披露上海企业负责人郑帅被湖南邵阳县警方要求交1亿元“买自由”。
涉事公安局长尹向锋、副局长唐战雄已于2025年7月被免职，但截至报道发布，郑帅仍在押，案件至今未判。

据报道，2024年1月8日，郑帅在上海被邵阳县警方带走，案件涉及其公司为境外客户开发的一款带VPN功能的软件。辩方认为，公司仅承担外包开发，软件能够“翻墙”不等于具有非法侵入、控制计算机系统的功能。

报道引述监控内容称，唐战雄表示：“我们县里确实财政困难，有了这笔钱可以解决很多问题。”“尹县长给你定的是1亿元。”办案警察何焘则称：“你的自由掌握在太爷手里，只有舍得花钱买自由，才有出路。如果敢上诉，肯定会把你往死里判。”

据报道，郑帅于2024年4月交足1亿元后获准取保候审，同年6月又被逮捕。其母亲称，案件尚未判决，至少6480万元已转入邵阳县财政局非税收入汇缴结算户。

报道还称，公诉人向家属确认，邵阳县检察院今年两次就郑帅超期羁押问题向法院发出《纠正违法通知书》。家属尚未拿到两份通知书，法院此前答复仍在“内部研究”，并称“我们现在没有超过时间”。

经查证，该微信文章目前已被删除。
