Yeah - I'm not sure there is a solution for this. The way the entire internet works is changing. The way people search for information and learn things is changing. The big tech companies that used to value journalism actively work to suppress news links on their platforms. Politicians attack and try to delegitimize journalism they don't like.

I wish I had a better answer but I don't know how the journalism industry adapts to a marketplace that largely isn't interested in understanding how/why things work anymore. There simply isn't a big enough market of people who want more than a two sentence answer to anything.

With how big this man is and the force he put into it, striking another guy's neck, he could have literally killed him with a direct hit to an artery or wind pipe. All of us election nerds are combing through data today looking for insights - but the stat I want more than anything is to know how many registered voters have complained online about a local/state/federal issue recently but didn't bother to vote in Tuesday's election. Gerrymandering, unlimited money in politics, no incentive structure for solving problems - these are serious problems. But they can all be overcome if people would simply vote.

This is a very smart decision. Private companies will build stations to service their satellites. The future of space travel is a fuel station on the moon.

It takes an incredible amount of fuel to get out of earth's atmosphere. If you can refuel at the moon, you can travel to Mars and beyond. This isn't sci-fi. It's happening.

Email delivery to inboxes is already really difficult. It's virtually impossible for a first-time sender to get through spam filters of law firms and journalists, for example.

If there is a way to make this process more intelligent, that's a good thing. There should be better ways for individual users to set their own settings preferences, not be beholden to the architecture of a huge organization. (has to be balanced with cybersecurity needs/training)

And by the way, can we do something to stop the spam text messages? That is a far worse problem than spam emails. There is literally no method to get off their phone lists and they just change the phone number every time to skate around the spam rules. Help!
