My first experience with @firstdirecthelp 1 hour and 30 minutes on hold yesterday and currently 1 hour and 10 minutes today ( and still going). I know everyone wants to remortgage at the moment but this is pretty horrendous. Honestly thinking of giving up and going elsewhere.
@HisenseUK I purchased a tumble dryer in September 25. The promotion said claim Β£50 back. On the 5th March I still haven't had the money. The promotion team don't help. Is this a ploy to hope customers forget? Awful service and a truly dreadful misleading promotion.

I honestly cannot believe this club has scrapped and fought from the depths of league 1 to 2nd in the premier League. This result can't be ignored, the pundits who nearly all tipped us for relegation can start to eat their words!!!

@ABTAtravel I'm trying to register a dispute but every time I try I get an error saying "Error: request failed status code 422" any ideas how I resolve this? Or are you having system issues? I've tried from various devices.
@easyJetholidays Quick question. As a member of ABTA are you required to respond to complaints within 28 of acknowledging the complaint? If this hasn't happened do I report this to ABTA directly, complain again or go down the small claims court route. Many thanks.

@currys Ordered a phone to be collected in store. Got the confirmation email, left work 90 mins early, to be told the only person who can connect the phone went home. Told to come back tomorrow. Didn't even tell me when he finishes tomorrow. Customer service not interested either
