Most of the time, you will already see the windrow was plowed anyways

@stewak2 @TorontoStar Thing is the Bombardier one is just on paper. They have never built the design before. As such, we will likely see delays and cost overruns as Bombardier builds it. Much better to go with the Boeing P-8.

@StarCdnPoli Here's the problem. Bombardier haven't built the military version of the plane yet. It is all on paper while the Boeing P8 has been built. If we want to keep costs in check and prevent delays, the Boeing seems like the better option. Bombardier likely to see ^ costs and delays.

@steve_cornwell @MissiNewsRoom Given Mississauga is becoming an independent city, the costs of the pandemic, and the Ford cuts in development fees for cities, we likely could save millions by just expanding the sidewalk into a multi-use pathway instead of this massive redevelopment of the road.
