@Kiel_Samsing @CaleMcLean Agree that PFAS and other chemicals are harmful to FF’s and the general public. However until we take steps to properly decon and wear SCBA’s in all IDLH environments the rates of cancer and other illnesses will not go down. Stop the fear agenda and focus on the “salty” issue.

Love the idea of the Relief Firefighter to fill in for full-time, save dollars in OT and keeps the volunteers engaged. Make them full-time employees with benefits, another great way to help with retention and morale. 17 employees for 40 000 pop. is enough according to arbitrator
