Also, there are few holes in this story and conclusions. Will discuss details in the Daily Energy Report: https://t.co/pVftS4kIhA

@ideahive @everyonehatesp1@KyleAdamsStocks tagged you guys in case you were interested, it seems like a pretty solid ch.11 proposal, unless I'm missing something? Shorts could bring it way lower.
$vrm Shorters should be careful with Vroom stock. You don't have to be a rocket appliance to see that it's been a lesson in capital destruction the last few years, having lost billions, and it is currently valued at $9m. 1/x.
$vrm I'm not saying buy or sell, but today's valuation reflects a roughly $125m post Ch.11 valuation. This ch.11 isn't like others. There's also a warrant ay $12.xx (if it not sold) and potentially a $1.5B nol benefit.
@ApolloResearchC I'm not sure if I agree, I think this is a pretty smooth ch.11 given the details. It's pretty easy to parse out the tangible value of uacc as ~$150m. I wouldnt be surprised if this hovers north of $5. There may be some volatility though for you to capitalize on it. Good luck!
@ideahive Vrm suddenly became interesting. If their debts are settled then they're basically just UACC, which sold to Vroom for $300m a few years ago.
Restructured they're at about $130m in premarket.
