@robgrieve17 We measured pain subjectively asking patients to use the numeric pain scale (0-10)before/after class We did not formally track these numbers but this may be an area further studies can examine to gain a better understanding on the impact this class had on pain levels. #PTTC20

@xXHelena23Xx We aimed for our song choices to be in the 100-125 bpm range. Slower songs were used for warm up and cool down and faster paced songs were occasionally added for a cardio aspect. Participants were just asked to perform their best and modifications were given if needed #PTTC20

@jillfromrhyl We used the PWR! move concepts in our drumming movements so other large amplitude movement patterns could still be benficial without the drumming. The drumming aspect brought in some principles of motor learning to keep the participants engaged. #PTTC20

@bri_kerr22 Based off our class we would say 1 instructor to 5 participants or so would be safe. With a larger class it would always be good to have 1 person available to float around the class to ensure safety and understanding of the movements. #PTTC20
