@SouthWestUncut The previous evening staged Plymouth Argyle v Shrewsbury Town. Two nights, two slightly different matches!

After 4 nights in NY, time to head home. Fantastic sights and an England win v Panama!

In the USA for the two pre-WC matches. It's so hot here, just like Portreath on a Bank Holiday Monday. @swsportsnews @HelstonAFC @TeignsFC @beaconcc @cambornerfc

An epic "over land & sea" journey today - from Plympton, via the ferry - to catch @HelstonAFC at Torpoint. The hosts deserved the win, but felt 5-0 was a tad harsh. MOM: Morgan Jones. Great chat with Tyler, HA's photographer, too. @swsportsnews

In situ, ready for England's final WC Qualifier in Albania. Of course the @HelstonAFC flag's here too, as are around 1,900 England fans. Flags up!

It's cold & wet in Riga, Latvia, with it being pretty quiet at the Daugava National Stadium this morning. What better than taking the chance to display some @HelstonAFC colours to brighten things up? KO's not until 21:45, local time, and yer out in the open!! 🤞 no rain!! 🇱🇻 v 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

It's very hot in Belgrade, in readiness for tonight's Serbia v England encounter. Debut for this @HelstonAFC flag, with my Plympton Blues flag staying it home. Hopefully, both should be at Saltash in October!

Enjoyed a train journey South today, catching the @Beaconcc 2nd's innings of 221 v Helston. Great to catch up with Michael & Ralph Bryant (wiping out 40+ years)! Only seems like yesterday we turned out for the U16's!

Sky, really?

[Kevin Hamblin @KevinHamblin17]

Congratulations to @WillandRovers on their 4-0 home win v @HelstonAFC. Willand built on a 2-0 half-time lead, but Helston's attempt to get back into the game was scuppered when reduced to 10 men part way through the second half. A lovely Club & venue to visit!

Early arrivals for today's @HelstonAFC match @WillandRovers

Now heading towards Athens for Thursday's final Nations League match v Greece. Not quite sure what to expect - other than some sunshine - with so many of the original England squad pulling out.
Flags Up!

There wasn't much space for England fans to display their flags in Helsinki, but good to see a couple of local names found room ... @BrixhamAFC and @BidefordAFC .

[Kevin Hamblin @KevinHamblin17]

Job done, a 3-1 win, though Finland did miss a couple of very good chances. England's allocation was 1,600.

[Kevin Hamblin @KevinHamblin17]

It's beautiful in Helsinki for tonight's 🇫🇮 v 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 match.

[Kevin Hamblin @KevinHamblin17]

In an entertaining match, @HelstonAFC were comfortable winners at @tafclambs 4-1. The home side scored first, held the lead for a few minutes, but then trailed 3-1 at the break.
Helston's impressive start to the season continues.
