@SW_Help please tell me where customer service comes into honestly purchasing an outbound and inbound ticket today, frustratingly having a meeting over run so having to catch a later train on the same line which is not full, and then charging me another £35 is fair?
@SW_Help I had a specific ticket for my 06:55 which I caught, then the 17:35 which i could catch. So I got a later train, which has a seat. However as I wasn’t on the 17:35 the inspection felt it prevalent to charge me a further £36
@SW_Help can I book a train from Reading to Waterloo return for tomorrow and get a refund on my Winchester to Waterloo E-ticket for tomorrow I’ve already paid for?
