@McDonalds What do we do if we've had multiple orders that the app said it comes with a Monopoly piece, but it doesn't? I've had two orders recently that I ordered items specifically for the Monopoly pieces and they didn't come with it. A bit disappointed.

Today we celebrate the memory of Brad Litz, a nearly 25-year vet of IT’s technical service department, who we lost on this day in 2020.

Brad was more than just a tech guy, though. Throughout his time at IT, he was an honorary member of the marketing team, helping however he could.

He helped run player skill-testing as on-game tournaments took off in the 90s, he has set up thousands of GT cabinets in 20 years’ worth of GT tournaments and would have most trade show equipment set up and running before you could blink.

More importantly, Brad was family to everyone at Incredible Technologies, and a friend to the hundreds, if not thousands of those who he’d met over the years.

Cubs’ games, Portillo’s and heated debates about politics just aren’t the same without you!
