@AirFranceFR et encore plus bizarre, lorsqu'on appelle votre service client au [phone] et qu'on sélectionne les options pour une réclamation/remboursement, votre robot nous indique que les instructions vont nous être envoyé par SMS et bizarrement on ne reçoit pas ce SMS
