@Uber my wife and I are both blind and just arrive at Boston for the marathon. This is our first experience outside of the Boston South Station. I donβt know why this happened so often and why drivers are not educated on the terms and conditions they agreed to.
This is bad representation of your organization and we are not able to get in contact with anyone to assist. The restaurant says we need to contact @UberEats
we are too blind individuals who ordered food for Fatherβs Day and the wrong food got delivered, and the driver said that he would be right back with the right order from his card, then proceed to drove off
There is no way you can tell me this is normal behavior for two people to represent a company and to tell two blind individuals they will be right back and drive off because they know you wonβt see that. These individuals represent your brand.
@UberEats you need to do something about this! My #blind wife ordered food for #FathersDay2025 the driver showed up with the wrong order. When we brought this to their attention, they said they will be right back. 20 minutes later, someone told us they left. WOW!
@Uber because I havenβt been able to use my Uber app, I have been using @lyft but because of my disability, I have vouchers on Uber app that I am now not able to use because Uber
@Uber I am a visually impaired customer, and I donβt see any way for someone who has a disability to get an agent on the phone. Iβve been texting with a robot. Thatβs just been giving me the same message over and over.
@Uber how do I get some help? I use the Uber service in Canada and now I have an outstanding balance that Iβve been trying to pay off for a couple weeks now in the US. It has not worked and I cannot get any help.
