@SamMezecJsy What I don’t understand is why voters in Jersey have view that they should vote for all States Members? It’s a failing of jersey politician in educating what parliamentary democracy is about & how it works. One votes for representatives who then vote amongst themselves the gov.

@rollwit200276 @GovJersey @NJGov We prefer ‘original’ rather than ‘old’ 😉Although Jersey does have one of the top-ten extant oldest buildings in the world (a passages grave, Hougue Bie) and one of the premiere European Neanderthal sites at La Cotte, occupied between 250,000 and 50,000 years ago. That’s old!

Parts of the south west went 45 days without any rain in July and August. As the hot and dry weather continued, devastating heath and forest fires broke out in parts of Southern England. 50,000 trees were destroyed at Hurn Forest in Dorset.

@Pret v sorry 2 report that the Chicken, Avacado & Lettuce sandwiches that we bought from ur Baker Street shop were terrible. A couple of small pieces of chicken only. The bottle of @CocaCola Zero that I bought was completely flat!, & the duck wrap had v little duck.

@BBCSounds @Sonos I see that BBC live radio has been stopped through SonosRadio and TuneIN. We’re told to add the BBC Sounds service, but that this is only available in the UK. I am in Jersey, pay my TV licence. I don’t see the Service in the Sonos app. Please help.
