@airfrance Could I please get a reply @airfrance or @AirFranceUK i need to urgently figure out my plans and depends on how much extra I am needing to spend
@AirFranceUK@airfrance just wanting to check this is correct. I had to miss my flight to Düsseldorf (via Paris) this morning as I unexpectedly fell ill at 11pm last night. I’m hoping it’s just a 12/24 hour bug and so would still like to use my return flight on Sunday.
And fly out today. I’m being told that will cost me 125 euro on top of a flight I’ve already paid for (as I was a no show - didn’t want to get others ill) unless I rebook my departure flight through yourselves (the cheapest of these being c£190 before add ons?
This #euro2024 ticket portal is a disgrace. First it’s technical errors and then it’s asking for captcha codes which aren’t displaying on either laptop or phone and sounds like I’m not the only one! @EURO2024 what are you going to do about it? Nothing I assume! So frustrating
@PeteWishart What about the bowling provision? Without it there will be no indoor bowling provision in Perthshire. This is vital to a number of people to help with their well being / keeping them active. I understand there are costs how much is the bowling costing versus other facilities?
@SkyHelpTeam Yes we are still without broadband today I understand the issue today is an open reach issue but the issues earlier in the month were not. Is there a way to still have access to sky tv channels through the sky glass tv if broadband is down?
@SkyHelpTeam all this encouragement to move to sky glass and now 3 times within the last month internet has gone down meaning without tv as well. Totally unacceptable and disappointing. Feels like I am being ripped off here. What is wrong and why so many broadband issues?
@StanCollymore Makes everything too reliant on broadband. I changed over from sky q to sky glass (with puck) a month or so ago and my supposedly excellent fast broadband has crashed multiple times meaning I lose tv and internet at the same time. They’ll likely find a way to say not their fault
Also to be clear I’ve been a sky customer for many years with very few issues but since moving to glass been very disappointed. Why offer a service purely dependent on the internet when it appears your offering is not up to scratch
@mattletiss7 Maybe the vaccine saved her life? You just don’t know. There’s also a go fund me set up by friends to help pay her medical bills which says the same. There are well people who have suffered as a result of the vaccine but cases like this don’t back up that argument
@mattletiss7 https://t.co/PAspyf7RFA an article which appears to quote people close to her. Complications due to having caught coronavirus. Already had a known heart condition from when she was younger.
