I used to get really high on weed and make these futuristic tracks on Caustic, which is a virtual synth/drum machine rig.
This one's "Eutopian Emergence."
Note to self: seek positive, uplifting, and healthy grieving poetry. I guess I'll finish what I'm reading but this doesn't vibe with where I want to be.
Glad I lost 36 lbs. Gonna keep trying. This whole obesity thing got out of control because of anti-psychotic medications, especially Invega Sustenna injections.
Huge slices of mozzarella melted on whole grain bread in the microwave. A block of tofu is generally $3 for the lower protein version, $4 for the higher protein version where I live. One block is enough to feed me. Half a block is a few bites. It needs to be comparable to a 300 g steak at least.
@peta A real obstacle to veganism is that eggs go far in the body on their own, but tofu needs expensive produce plus sauces to be nutritionally interesting and satiating.
You would think you can just replace a $3-$4 pair of cheese sandwiches with tofu sandwiches, but it's not as satiating. But if you combine tofu with canned artichoke hearts and peanut sauce, you have a proper meal that costs $9. It's highly nuanced. The only cheap vegan meals generally lack produce.
Canada dental plan needs to cover dentures for those who have only partial coverage from work. They're too expensive with partial coverage and people are going without teeth.
@MarkJCarney
Here's why veganism is expensive. I currently want tofu ($4.00) plus canned artichoke hearts ($4.00) plus peanut sauce (maybe $1.00). That's $9.00. Today I'm going to fork it out but honestly, every day those are the meal ideas I have. They're always in the $8-$10 range. So basically I usually have to deny my body what it craves and just go for yet another bean salad or nut-soy milkshake and that leads to malnourishment.
