Day 1 of 100.
Started @freeCodeCamp JavaScript course (JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures).
I'm encouraging anyone I work with to also commit to 100 days of learning. Learn new or polishing an existing skill. Let's do this.

We just had one of the biggest days in AI.
-Deepseek-V3
-Google Gemini 2.5
-GPT-4o image generation
-Zapier MCP protocol
-H&M AI clones
-China’s AI training breakthrough
-AI cancer detections breakthrough
Here's EVERYTHING you need to know:
I've read all of this thread, and think there's something here. A lot of efficiencies can be made in processes and approaches. Even starting over from the ground up with an ai focus.
Wall Street's biggest nightmare just came true:
Elon proved that 80% of corporate jobs are unnecessary.
Not because humans are lazy.
But because he discovered a dark truth about modern companies that no CEO wants to admit:
@teamcoach@heathahrens Thanks for this point, I think this is where a lot of companies are too. We're building stuff to slowly with too many people cheerleading or managing.
AI learning is quickly improving. It is still has it's limitations. However, I've been including https://t.co/sl9lxRLYSN. Most of the time, it just has a better experience and more thorough answers.

@AjeyGore As someone who has been across the spectrum of design, tech, product: I believe that a technical person can have product sense if they can separate the conflict of interest for technical direction and effort. But it is easy for a dev to chase the shiny tech.
@jamesqquick I prefer raw sql. That's my favorite awy to work with a database.
If the database is simple and "cookie cutter" website api, an ORM is fine. Whatever makes the work easier. But I'm not afraid to break the "philosophy" of an ORM and write sql or stored procedures.
@therealdanvega I am building a new api and hitting PostgreSQL. I know it's not fancy, but I'm looking forward to building something to demonstrate simplicity and speed. I've updated everything to the latest and greatest.
@dashaun I deployed a simple spring boot 3.1 api deployed to railway, exposing a few actuator endpoints. Thanks for getting me excited about deployments!
This session was awesome, thanks guys. I'm on fire for Spring Boot 3! #KCDC2023
Thanks for the crash course, @therealdanvega.
Challenge accepted, @dashaun deployed app on it's way.
