@TeamYouTube I have required details in the account. It seems the adsense linked to my youtube is no longer the same adsense that is linked to email. It has a different "Pub". It is no longer giving me access to it so I can't log in to it despite it being the same email
@TeamYouTube I need help with my youtube channel. I've chatted with creator support but they have been unhelpful. I deleted my Adsense account associated with youtube but the Earn tab keeps telling me I have to fix payment on adsense. I have no option to change association.
I think it would be helpful for a lot of people in pain to know that there a numerous spots in the body that are normally tender in almost everyone if you press on them.
I wonder what percent of people know this.
Contrary to what many people believe, HIIT is a viable strategy to improve health-related outcomes for those who are overweight and obese; the risk of adverse events is low, as is the dropout rate https://t.co/PZrjwp058J
Nice paper addressing exercise induced hypoalgesia in chronic pain (and normals). It's variable, but exercise may elicit hyperalgesia in those with chronic pain. How to manage that is key https://t.co/Nj3IDfS6zL
These results come as no surprise to people with ME. I was subjected to CBT 20 years ago. It was apparent that it wasn’t going to help. But you couldn’t say that because the therapy effectively bans negative thoughts. So we all had to play along.
Is it odd that those who worry about repeated spine flexion causing disc degeneration have no problem with repeated heavy knee flexion influencing joint cartilage degeneration. I think we have an inconsistent view of LOAD and adaptation?
Rather than pricking knots (i.e. trigger points) in muscles with repeated pistoning, consider Periosteal Electrical Dry Needling for knee OA as an adjunct to exercise & manual therapy... https://t.co/nAvmCeD2jF #AAMTFellowship After all, knee OA is a degenerative bone condition
New 2019 trial finds TRIGGER POINT dry needling (pricking muscle knots with pistoning for LTRs) is NOT effective for knee OA. Perhaps try targeting the degenerative/pathoanatomic lesion in knee OA — the cartilage, periosteum, synovial fluid & periarticular blood flow @PaulBliton
For those struggling with the differences between nociceptive back pain, somatic referred pain, radicular pain & radiculopathy, I recommend this paper https://t.co/x3DEJLSCky It does not include discussion on the influences of psychosocial factors, just the patho-anatomy
It’s official! Wyoming will have unrestricted direct access to Physical Therapy as of 3/1/19!!! Great work by everyone involved and the state legislators for recognizing our profession for what it means to our citizens. WY is a great state to be a PT!!
