I have spent the last 8 month working complex thermodynamic and photophysics equations with Claude/Claude science as it relates to a novel DNA amplification and detection technology.

We have come up with a novel DNA amplification technique that will benefit all fields in genomics. The patent is filed, the paper is 90% written, the product has sprawled out company wide to team accounts. The tech is actually singing in the lab much to my surprise.

But Claude has become increasingly Orwellian to the point of locking down our project over "SAFEGUARDS".

When I ask the model whats up, they are blind to this safeguarding and have no answers on what to do other than rapidly export everything into MD files. All I have is a "Send us your feedback" bullshit button that will go no where..

We are done. This is hostage level change of terms on the fly. Nothing has gotten more controversial on our prompts. Same project for months and suddenly they hammer came down.

@BrianRoemmele was right all along. As was @ErikVoorhees. AI needs to be decentralized. We cant have an effective altruistic cult gatekeeping its potential for humanity. This is Faucism all over again.
Its an incredible tool. Im very impressed on its performance but cannot go on investing in this platform knowing they can rug you at their political whims.

I would also like to warn @DrJBhattacharya and @RobertKennedyJr to NEVER use this platform.
The restrictions emerged when we started asking Claude to apply our new LIDAR technology to Cyclospora detection to help out on the current outbreak. They do not want entrepreneurs to build you new tests for current outbreaks.

Its possible but we are such a small market compared the markets they are going after that we just file very quickly assuming were too small for them to care about. I've tried many of the other tools and ChatGPT is only other platform that comes close to doing the BIFX work we need but Ive by no means kept up with all the new models. Switching cost is high

Nice of you to share your work but I have seen many people go down this rabbit hole to form strong convictions over data handed to them.
There is a certain labor theory of value and sunk cost fallacy that makes people who run these analysis then defend the thesis to the death while never questioning why the CDC with held this data for years and has been caught repeatedly manipulating the data. I would encourage you to look at Johns data. those are FOIA'd death records without a vaccine whore rewriting history to cover their ass.

I would also caution the mRNA neoantigen approach not from a costs standpoint but a risk standpoint.
1)They do not inject 24 individual peptides. They concatenate them for mRNA expression, thus the neoantigen is a never before seen chimeric polypeptide.
This likely explains their differentiating IP from prior neoantigens but it also exposes a vast unknown in protein folding, localization and potential amyloidogenesis.
2)If your cancer cells are making these neoantigens and your T-Cells are currently failing to remove them, how does hyper expressing these in other healthy cells help? Non-targeted LNP administration could actually excite your T-cells to attack healthy cells that express these transfections so they need to advance to targeted injection of these into solid tumors or to the use of homing LNPs.
3)The mRNA platform is 'assumed' to not integrate into your genome but Modernas own patent estate refutes this with clear warnings about the risks of their residual expression plasmids facilitating that risk. This is not hypothetical now that residual plasmid DNA has been detected in their C19 vaccines and presumably will reside in their cancer 'vaccines'.
