• Extend ethics restrictions to dependent children.
• Require covered officials’ crypto-company stakes of at least 10% and $1 million to be sold within 180 days.
• Lower the enforcement threshold and limit ethics waivers.
• Require paid crypto promoters to disclose compensation.
• Clarify DeFi protections and strengthen customer safeguards.

Of note, the circulating document does not identify which demand triggered the REJECTION.
