@AmAndAJ70627599@chrisaikenmd Are there any reviews about orotate for mania? Think the higher dosage is for it.
I mean every human body is different but for me, orotate made me restless and agitated.
Carbonate tired with tremors.
@surf4children At some point it is a trial, but nobody is interested in funding it. Right now we, the patients, pay for a lot of such trial & errors.
But in the end it would be interesting if it works longterm and if so, who could respond? Thinking about eds, cci, aai, mcas and long covid.
@CK65375 Klingt wie im Himmel.
@anna_reise87030 Hm is bei mir ne Mcas Reaktion.
@PlzSolveCFS I mean how do you even expect scientists and doctors to take us serious.
Most of ME people are not even able to SPEAK anymore.
This is not helpful at all
@DrFielder35557@BadreNicolas There are situations where it could be necessary.
I am against long term use for healthy people, but i could imagine a lot of cases where a short term use is mandatory.
For example mania, severe mcas flair, psychosis, seizures.
@BadreNicolas@RecoveryDoctor Could imagine ketotifen will increase next years, as more and more people are diagnosed with mcas.
Very interesting for sleep.
@RecoveryDoctor@BadreNicolas That's ok. Even in germany it is still indicated for seizures. Thought for a second people still take it for sleep, that would have been alarming.
@feliceaussi Den darf man dann 1x pro Quartal erneut ausfüllen.
@sanilrege@psycheureka Okay, I think I misunderstood you at first, but now I understand what you meant. I'm just very worn out by now from hearing some doctors say that everything will get better with a little exercise. My apologies!
@sanilrege@psycheureka Nothing i took or did so far helped with the crash out (Pem) next day, except maybe benzo.
Also dopamine doesn't explain comorbidities. (mcas / cci / Heds).
Lots of patients do have increased mcas markers and abnormalities in upright mri.
@sanilrege@psycheureka Take just me as an example, but i guess most of mecfs patients would reply the same.
I am a personal trainer, i know how to deal with depression or fatigue. Thats my job - here its different. Yes, i can feel endorphins shortly after workout. But next day it is even worse. 1/2
