Does the stomach vacuum actually make your waist smaller? *
This gets misunderstood a LOT.
A stomach vacuum can train your abdominal control and your ability to pull your stomach inward.
But let's be clear:
X It doesn't magically burn belly fat.
X It doesn't replace a calorie deficit.
X Holding a vacuum doesn't permanently shrink your waist.
What it can do is help you develop better control of your deep abdominal muscles and learn how to properly draw your abdomen in.
Fat loss changes your waist.
Training changes your control.
Both are useful. Just don't confuse the two.
Would you add stomach vacuums to your routine?

Importance of MINDSET-Part 1
The body transforms last. The mind transforms first.
I’ve been running on broken sleep, different time zones, and a deficit that leaves no room for excuses. And still — I show up.
Because when life is chaotic, your mindset is the only thing you actually control.
You don’t need perfect conditions. You need an unshakeable decision.
Consistency beats perfection. Let’s level up, Champions. 💪
“Most people show you the after. The perfect photo. The finished result. I’m showing you the during. The messy middle. Started at 115kg and 32% body fat. Couldn’t recognise myself in the mirror. The weeks where the scale doesn’t move. The nights where sleep is impossible. The days you’re exhausted but you still track your food and walk your steps anyway. I’m 29kg down from my heaviest. And I’m still not where I want to be. I don’t know if it’ll take a few more weeks or a few more months. But I show up every single Monday, take my progress photo, check my weight, and keep going. Because that’s what real transformation actually looks like — not a highlight reel, but a decision you make every single day. This is the during. Follow it. 🔥”

You can scroll if this isn’t for you. But for those who want to listen — thank you.
Just two. Fish oil and magnesium glycinate. That’s it.
My heart protected me when I needed it most. Now I protect it back. Every single day.
Not sponsored. Not paid. Just what works.

🚨 Anthropic just showed a 27-minute workshop on how to actually do prompts for Claude.
Taught by the people who built it.
Free. No registration. No paywall.
I've seen $300 courses that don't cover what they teach in the first 8 minutes.

Let’s get something straight today.
Years ago, someone told me:
“Avocado is good fat, so it’s okay to eat a lot.”
“Olive oil is healthy, so it’s fine.”
“Nuts are good fats, so don’t worry.”
And for a long time, I kept quiet.
But here’s the truth:
GOOD FATS ARE STILL CALORIES.
Avocado is healthy.
Olive oil is healthy.
Nuts, sesame oil, salmon, peanut butter — all can be healthy.
But healthy does not mean unlimited.
Fat has 9 calories per gram.
That means it adds up FAST.
You can eat clean.
You can eat “healthy fats.”
You can avoid junk food.
But if your total calories go over your maintenance, you can still gain fat.
That’s not an opinion.
That’s energy balance.
I’m not saying avoid fats.
Your body needs fats for hormones, health, and recovery.
But portion control still matters.
Two avocados a day?
Extra oil on every meal?
A handful of nuts becoming three handfuls?
That can easily push you out of a calorie deficit.
So stop thinking:
“It’s healthy, so it won’t make me fat.”
Start thinking:
“It’s healthy, but does it fit my calories?”
Because fat loss is not about eating “perfect foods.”
It’s about eating the right amount consistently.
Healthy food can still make you gain fat if you overeat it.
Calories still count. Even when the food is healthy.
Consistency beats perfection.
Let’s level up, Champions.
Standing single-arm preacher curl.
3 sets + 2–3 drop sets.
One of my go-to biceps workouts for building thicker, fuller arms.
The preacher setup keeps the arm locked in, reduces swinging, and forces the biceps to do the work. No cheating. No ego lifting. Just strict control, tension, and squeeze.
This movement hits the biceps hard, especially the inner/short-head area that helps create that thicker arm look.
And when you add drop sets?
That’s when the real burn starts.
Control the weight.
Squeeze every rep.
Push past comfort.
Bigger arms are not built by excuses.
They’re built by effort, consistency, and hard work.

I eat my carbs.
And yes, I love them.
Carbs are not the enemy.
Overeating is.
For me, carbs help fuel my workouts, give me energy, improve my performance, and help me push harder in the gym.
The harder I train, the better I move.
The better I move, the more consistent I become.
And consistency is what brings the fat loss.
You don’t need to fear rice, potatoes, fruits, noodles, or bread.
You just need to control your portions and stay within your plan.
Fat loss is not about cutting out everything you enjoy.
It’s about learning how to eat properly and still progress.
Eat smart.
Train hard.
Stay consistent.
Carbs don’t make you fat.
Lack of control does.
Let’s level up, Champions. ⚡️
Recently, my 70-plus-year-old dad asked me something that touched me deeply.
“Am I too old to start working out?”
That question hit differently.
My parents are already healthy and active. But after seeing my transformation, my dad started to realise something important.
Strength training is not just for the young.
It is for ageing better.
Moving better.
Staying independent.
Protecting your health.
And becoming stronger for the people you love.
So I got him dumbbells and resistance bands. Now he asks me for workout videos, and every month I send him different exercises so he can train at home.
He even started asking me about nutrition.
That made me proud.
Because this journey was never just about losing weight or building abs.
Sometimes, your discipline quietly inspires the people closest to you.
Sometimes, your transformation becomes someone else’s starting point.
And if my dad can start in his 70s, then maybe this is your sign too.
You are not too old.
You are not too late.
You just need to start.
Health has no age limit. 💪

If you have a SMALL account (less than $25K), I will get you to $100K so you can change your life.
I've been in your shoes, a beginner and HUNGRY. I made it in my life, now it's YOUR turn.
I won't ever give up on you.
This is how far I’ve come.
There was a time when I had to start all over again from scratch because of a heart condition.
I went from being afraid of what my body could handle…
to being able to train intensely again today.
And I will never take that for granted.
This journey was never easy.
The battlefield was filled with tears, disappointment, fear, sadness, setbacks, and days when I genuinely felt like giving up.
But no matter how hard it got, I kept showing up.
I trained when I could.
I learned to eat better.
I stayed disciplined.
I kept moving forward, even when progress felt slow.
Because becoming the best version of yourself is not about being perfect.
It is about refusing to quit.
I’m posting more now because I finally can.
Because I am proud of how far I have come.
And because I want to share this journey with anyone who may be struggling, doubting themselves, or waiting for the “right time” to start.
Don’t start later.
Start now.
One workout.
One meal.
One better decision at a time.
Stay consistent. Stay hungry. Keep fighting.
One day, you will look back and realise that every struggle was building a stronger version of you.
The hard work will pay off.
Let’s level up together, Champions. 💪🏽🔥

I used to think being healthy meant being as big and strong as possible.
Powerlifting. Bodybuilding. Heavy weights.
Every gym session was about lifting more, looking bigger, and proving that I was strong.
Then life humbled me.
When I became unwell with heart rhythm issues, everything changed.
The body I once took pride in no longer felt healthy.
My fitness dropped. My confidence dropped. My weight climbed to nearly 120kg, and my body fat reached around 35%.
I had to restart from scratch.
Not from “a little out of shape.”
From basically zero.
That journey completely changed the way I see training.
Today, I no longer train just to lift the heaviest weight in the room.
I train to be leaner. Healthier. More aesthetic. More athletic.
I train to feel good, move well, and build a body that reflects discipline, not ego.
It is okay if I look smaller in clothes.
It is okay if I am not the strongest guy in the gym.
Because being huge means nothing to me anymore if I do not feel healthy in my own body.
Now, bodybuilding-style training suits me best.
Controlled reps. Proper form. Mind-muscle connection. Progressive overload without unnecessary ego lifting.
I have not reached my 10% body-fat goal yet.
But I know I am getting closer.
From nearly 120kg and 35% body fat… to becoming leaner, stronger, healthier, and more confident every week.
Everyone has their own idea of what fitness should look like.
Mine is clear now:
Health first.
Aesthetics second.
Ego last.
This is the path I am choosing going forward.
Let’s rock and roll.
Let’s level up. 🔥

I never had it easy.
Around the time of my fourth COVID vaccination, I discovered that I had a serious heart rhythm condition: atrial fibrillation.
I still remember the fear when my heart rate shot up to nearly 300 beats per minute, and I was admitted to hospital. In that moment, everything changed.
My health started to spiral.
My confidence dropped.
The life I used to live suddenly felt impossible.
Before my ablation procedure, I was placed on beta blockers. Together with being unable to train properly and the lifestyle changes that came with my condition, my weight started to increase.
I thought the operation would be the end of the struggle.
But even after the ablation, recovery was not easy.
My weight went up even further. I still experienced irregular heartbeats. I still felt dizzy. There were moments when I felt like I might faint.
I tried to push myself, but my body was not recovering the way I wanted it to. Physically, I felt weak. Mentally, I felt lost. I looked in the mirror and barely recognised the person I had become.
And when you are at your lowest, you begin to see people differently.
Some people judged me.
Some people close to me looked down on me.
They saw the weight gain, but they did not see the fear, the medication, the hospital visits, the dizziness, or the battle I was fighting every single day.
But my family never gave up on me.
They trusted me. They protected me. They stood by me when I did not even feel confident in myself.
And slowly, I started fighting my way back.
Step by step.
Workout by workout.
Meal by meal.
Day by day.
Today, I have achieved a body I never thought I could have. But more importantly, I feel stronger, healthier, and more alive than I have in years.
This transformation was never just about looking better.
It was about getting my life back.
It was about rebuilding the version of myself that I thought I had lost.
It was about proving that my lowest point would not be the end of my story.
And I am still not done.
Every day, I am still pushing. Still improving. Still working towards the strongest and healthiest version of myself.
So to anyone going through a difficult season: do not give up on yourself.
Your current struggle does not define your future.
If I can fight my way back, so can you.
Never give up. Let’s level up. 💪🔥
If you have a small account, I will get you to $100K.
If you have a large account, I will get you to $1M.
If you are about to retire, I will make sure you never have to worry again.
This is the game plan into the summer:
1. Any larger dip in AI is a BUY. AI is so early and it gets better every single day. Today is the worst AI will ever be.
2. Balance your PORTFOLIO with defensive names, historical compounders that are GREAT names. This will make sure you can SURVIVE the big dips ahead.
3. AI + defensive is the BEST risk-to-reward adjusted play for the next 5 months (until October 2026).
Let's go. 💪
