Exactly, absolutely disgraceful customer care -paid for Tui Blue Cape verde and as a Vegan expecting a level of knowledge from staff , Vegan Paella had meat in, Seafood soup labelled Vegan, cheese on vegan pizza and I was given chicken in a vegetable curry- awaiting apology

Reality ... Seafood Soup labelled vegan- Vegan Paella had meat in, cheese on vegan pizza- morning oats said vegan (Dairy Yoghurt) given Garlic bread ( Dairy butter) but the worse chicken in my vegetable curry 🤬
