The more I think about why the C's are seemingly more open to trading Jaylen Brown, the more I think about paying two players the supermax with the current CBA.

When the C's won the title, it was with a deep team and JB-JT-Holiday-KP all made between $31M-$38M.

I wouldn't be shocked if Stevens is thinking it's smarter to build around one supermax and 2-3 other "bigger" deals.

The only person I’ve seen make sense. People are creating narratives and constantly saying keep the Jays but we can’t build a competitive team around two supermax players under this CBA. It’s why we broke the championship team up in the first place. 🤦🏽‍♂️
