You're a Campaigns Manager who needs fresh campaign ideas every week. Here's how to build the workflow:

⚡️Step 1: Find a repetitive task where the annoying part is shuttling info, not thinking
⚡️Step 2: Pick your agent platform, like @NotionHQ AI as introduced last week.
⚡️Step 3: Connect the accounts the task touches such as Google Docs, Slack, Google Calendar, etc
⚡️Step 4: Craft a prompt with a trigger, steps, and a guardrail:
Trigger - “After each marketing brainstorm”, Steps - “Pull the transcript from @PanoraAI_app, identify which ideas landed well, sort them into a doc, and draft a Slack message on what we're doubling down on”, Guardrail - “and hold it for my review before sending”

At some point, it was clear: the product that’s needed didn't exist, not in a form that actually solved the problem.

So we built it.

That's where Keystone Lab came from. A response to a gap we couldn't find a good answer to anywhere else.

Keystone Lab is our product studio. We hold ourselves and the way we build our products to the same discipline we brought to founders: sharp problem definition, fast iteration, cutting without attachment.

✅ Speed isn't just about moving fast. The most aligned teams moved with the most velocity.
✅ Cutting cleanly and moving forward is rare and hard to teach but hugely valuable.
✅ Context can easily be lost via a departure, a long break or too many meetings.

📢 An important update from TZ APAC 📢

You may have noticed that things have been quieter from us over the past quarter, and we wanted to take a moment to share openly about where we are and where we’re headed.

Over the past few years, Fortify Labs, our Web3 startup studio that was dedicated to nurturing and growing the Tezos ecosystem in Asia, has been at the heart of TZ APAC. It has been a deeply meaningful journey for our team.

However, the reality is that the current environment across crypto, funding, and broader markets has been challenging. After careful consideration, we believe this is not the right moment to run a new cohort at the level of support and impact we expect of ourselves.

With that, we will be placing Fortify Labs on hold for now, including the planned 2026 cohort.

This was not an easy decision.

Fortify Labs has never just been a program to us. It has been a shared experience of building alongside founders, navigating uncertainty together and learning from those bold enough to create in a constantly evolving space. We are incredibly grateful to every founder who trusted us and allowed us to be part of their journey. In many ways, Fortify Labs has shaped us just as much as we’ve supported others.

Through these experiences, one thing became clear: there are still meaningful gaps in the products and infrastructure needed to move the ecosystem forward.

And that’s where our next chapter begins.

Moving forward, TZ APAC will be focusing on internal product development guided by everything we’ve learned over the past years. With early groundwork already laid, including our work around the adaptation of Tez402 for the Tezos EVM, we’re excited to channel our efforts into creating products that can deliver lasting value.

Fortify Labs may be on hold, but what it represents continues in a new form.
