I am in Thailand.

Since 3 years now, I have decided I will not eat anywhere that serves beef. ⚔️ Doesn’t matter if it’s London or Bangkok - that’s my religious freedom of choice.

I came to this mall to sit and drink tea, then I saw they are selling cow meat.

We really should start being clear about our dietary places when we go outside because I don’t want that seeping into my reality. Generally eating food is something very particular anyway.

I was very polite, of course the people in Thailand are the best and I love them.

“Do you serve b__f here?” He said yes.

“I am a Hindu so I cannot eat anywhere that serves b__f,” I said. I make this sentence every single time. Painstakingly, I will ask. And that’s our right.

We don’t need to bow to the modern world at all. The western world has HUGE freedom of choice which is why London is full of vegan cafés.

Then I found the Japanese Matcha place I was looking for anyway so no issues there. 🍵

Because just this one thing, we should care about. I don’t care if you cut goats sitting next to me, I don’t care if you sacrifice chickens. As a Hindu I can happily refuse to eat anywhere that is cutting my sacred animal and that’s okay, it’s not rude.

That doesn’t make me bigoted or discriminatory. We should never feel shy about choosing where we eat.

As a concerned United States citizen, I would appreciate information regarding the course of action that U.S. law enforcement agencies, such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (@FBI), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (@DHSgov), the Transportation Security Administration (@TSA), and other agencies focused on counterterrorism, intend to take concerning Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) leader Mr. Gurpatwant Pannun. Mr. Pannun, a U.S. citizen residing in New York, has issued threats against Air India, a national airline of #India which is a close ally of the United States.

There is “credible evidence” of Mr. Pannun issuing threatening video messages, calling for Sikhs to avoid flying via Air India and advocating for a global blockade of the airline. It is imperative to note that Air India is a privately owned international carrier in #India, operating daily non-stop flights from major U.S. cities, including San Francisco, Chicago, and New York.

In light of these circumstances, I am interested in understanding the United States' policy concerning terrorism, hijacking of aircraft, and threats or attacks on civil aviation following the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Specifically, as a concerned US citizen I seek clarification on whether similar threats against any U.S. airline would be treated differently.

Your response to these inquiries is greatly anticipated and will undoubtedly help address concerns regarding the safety and security of civil aviation.
