Every day I understand this “building a winning culture” narrative a little more.

When the LaMelo trade happened I couldn’t get it, but after the other trades, the players they’ve drafted, and some details from Reel Access, I understand it better now.

Not sure they chose the right words to explain it.

To me, they’re moving away from the flashy, “pleasing to watch” stuff the public wants, and focusing more on what actually wins: hard work, effort, and never giving up on a play, even if it gets less attention.

I don’t know how it’ll end, could go well or badly.

Still, every day I like the direction the team seems to be taking a little more.

I’m “starting to see the vision.”
