I came across a web app called https://t.co/9Mm3MQdQcQ that lets you check how many hours of electricity a particular area gets without having to go there and ask around.

No more relying on “NEPA is good here” from random people. 😂

If you’re house hunting or looking for any kind of space, all you have to do is paste the full address into https://t.co/9Mm3MQdQcQ, and it’ll show you the average number of hours of electricity that area gets each day.

The best part? You can even check historical data from as far back as a week, or even a month ago 🙂‍↔️
