"A breast feeding baby was shot by a quad copter through the head"
Yesterday the UN commission of inquiry published a report detailing how Israel deliberately targets & kills Palestinian children
Breaking now: interim bail granted to Ashoka Univ professor Ali Khan Mahmudabad; Haryana police ordered to form SIT to probe his posts. Clearly we have a lot of unemployed cops for SITs to be formed to look into Facebook posts. If only our courts would send out stronger message on abuse of power by executive when it comes to free speech. Who pays for consequent loss of life and liberty???😡
@garysum00@ShoneeKapoor@MenTooSave@realsiff Men and women are not the same but spiritually and by rights they are equal. Men have different strengths and weaknesses in certain domains and women have strengths and weaknesses in certain domain. Men cannot bear a child. Whereas women can.
https://t.co/IkgaLBsZFH This is a protest in Mumbai peacefully carried out by the Jain community against the demolition of their 90 year old temple in Vile Parle. Dear minority communities- they will come for all of you, not just the Muslims, but also the Jains, the Parsis, the Sikhs and the Christians .. stand up for each other, don’t be divided!
Church attacked in Odhav, Ahmedabad on Easter Sunday. Bajrang Dal & VHP members stormed a peaceful worship with knives & sticks, threatening women & children.
Who gave them the right to terrorize citizens for their faith?

This is Aakashi Sanjiv Bhatt,
Today marks our father, Mr. Sanjiv Bhatt’s 61st birthday—his sixth spent behind bars, away from us. For over six years, he has been unjustly incarcerated, targeted for his unwavering commitment to truth, justice, and the ideals he holds sacred. These have been six long years of resilience, longing, courage, and an unyielding fight for what is right.
Birthdays in our home were always special. They weren’t just about cakes or gifts—they were about togetherness, laughter, and love. Our home would be filled with warmth and joy, with Dad’s voice booming as he celebrated with family and friends. But for the past six years, our home and hearts have been filled with a deafening silence, an emptiness that words cannot truly describe.
Amidst this dark, uphill battle, there was a glimmer of hope—a fleeting moment of relief. On December 7, 2024, a sessions court acquitted our father, Mr Sanjiv Bhatt in one of the fabricated cases designed by this vindictive regime to silence him. It was a small but significant victory – it was a moment of vindication, a reminder that truth, no matter how suppressed, has a way of breaking through. Yet the war is far from over. The truth our father stands for still remains buried under the weight of lies and subversion, and his freedom still eludes him. Our father, Mr. Sanjiv Bhatt, still remains cruelly imprisoned by a regime bent on breaking him, breaking us, and breaking the very soul of justice in this country.
For over two decades, our father has endured unimaginable persecution. His only “crime”? Speaking truth to power. Daring to expose injustice. Standing tall when others chose to bow. In a nation where the judiciary is crippled by its loyalty to this totalitarian regime, the fight ahead seems daunting and perilous; however, our fight for freedom, dignity, and justice continues and through it all, our father remains steadfast in his resolve: unbroken, unbent, and unbowed.
Dad – On this day, I just want you to know that you have and will always continue to been our hero! Your strength, courage, and unwavering sense of justice are the very foundation of everything Shan and I believe in. You’ve taught us that no matter how dark the night, we must keep walking toward the light. You’ve led by example, teaching us to stand tall, to raise our voices against injustice, and to never back down in the face of adversity. You dedicated your life to truth and justice, serving this nation and its citizens at great personal and professional cost. I hope you know that you have always been our greatest source of strength! Your courage inspires us every single day, showing us what it truly means to live with dignity and purpose. You remind us that the fight for truth is never in vain, even when the odds seem insurmountable.
Dad, we miss you terribly! Every day, we long for your voice, your wisdom, your love, and your warmth. Even though you are physically far from us, your presence is felt in everything we do.
Today, especially, I wish we could hug you, hear your laughter, and tell you in person how very proud we are to be your family!!
Happy Birthday, Papa!!
We love you more than words can ever express. You are our strength, our inspiration, and our guiding light!
The day isn’t far when we will celebrate together again, in the warmth of our home. We will not rest until you are free, and justice is truly delivered!
