Bro, understand this when a project realizes their testnet is being overfarmed and knows it could cause chaos at TGE, the right move is to be transparent. They should post a clear tweet saying the testnet isn’t incentivized, just like MegaETH did. Check the screenshot.

But instead of being transparent, Monad kept posting misleading tweets like “Last day to be early in the Monad testnet,” giving everyone false hope of future rewards.

See, I’m not against you I get your point. I’m just asking you to see mine. If Monad wanted to clarify whether the testnet was incentivized or not, they could have simply tweeted that it wasn’t. If they had done that, no one would’ve invested so much time and energy. We might have stayed connected with Monad, done limited interactions, but at least our expectations would’ve been clear from Day 1.

Instead, they created an illusion that there would be a reward through their tweets and that’s the real issue. Do you get it now? I’m basically saying the same thing as you, but asking you to see the full picture.

🔥 🚨 MONAD EXPOSED — Biggest Airdrop SCAM of 2025 🚨

@Monad @keoneHD — the community trusted you, supported every step of your journey, and this is how you repay them? 😤

From day 1, Monad preached “Community is everything.” 💬
The ecosystem grew because of real people testing projects, spreading awareness, and holding faith for months. ❤️

But when it came time to reward that loyalty… everything changed 👇

💥 What Monad Did Wrong:

1️⃣ Ignored testnet users & early supporters, who built the hype from scratch.
2️⃣ Gave airdrops to 225K random wallets outside Monad, excluding 1M+ loyal supporters.
3️⃣ Only 5,500 Monad community members made it — mostly insiders, influencers & whales. 🐋
4️⃣ Claimed to reward “early users” but took snapshots secretly and rewarded the wrong crowd. 📸
5️⃣ Promised SBTs & recognition roles, then made them worthless. 😒
6️⃣ Applied harsh Sybil filters that flagged real users while bots slipped through. 🤦‍♂️

🧩 Broken Promises:

“Community is everything.”
“Last day to be an early user of Monad Testnet.”
“Commemorative SBT for early contributors.”

All fake engagement farming — just to build numbers.
Monad didn’t build a community; they farmed it. 💸
Used people for followers, engagement & free testing — then dumped them when it mattered most. 🗑️

⚠️ Reality Check:

Having 1.2M+ followers and rewarding just 5.5K people is beyond unfair.
Even if the testnet was overfarmed, Monad could’ve easily rewarded FA Holders, Recognisers (6.9K), or SBT Holders (~600K) who genuinely contributed.

Other L1s like Arbitrum rewarded 625K+ users and thrived — Monad could have done the same if they cared. 🧠

💡 Simple Fix (If Monad Team Cares):

✅ Allocate a small % of the airdrop to SBT / Recogniser holders who interacted early.
✅ Implement anti-Sybil filters (like Gitcoin score or reputation-based tasks).
✅ Rebuild trust with your original supporters — the ones who made you who you are.

🔥 Final Words:

Monad didn’t create a community — they farmed it for clout.
They took advantage of loyalty and used people as tools for growth.

If this isn’t fixed soon, the community will rise against such greedy teams & expose every fake L1 project built on false promises. 🚫

Karma always comes full circle 🔄 — and when it does, no project survives without its community.

What Went Wrong @monad 👀

Monad Testnet Users Peaked to 300M and they rewarded only 5500 people😂😂

I know it's not simple to reward 300M but it could be rewarded to at least 500K True testnet participants holding SBTs too‼️

What they mentioned in their tweets:

1. Community is everything

So only 5500 were the community only????

Nahhh, they now capping people by telling it was not incentivized😂😂

So all this was for fun only??

If yes then they should have mentioned it earlier instead of telling community you are everything and you are early testnet participants.

This Totally mean they farmed own community and dumped them at the end.

Examples of projects who dumped their communities are many most of them are 80-90% Down already

They can still fix this, they can still reward communit 👥

If they don't do it, Karma will play it's role🗿

[XYZ Crypto @XYZCryptos]

💢 MONAD: THE BRILLIANT TECH THAT BETRAYED ITS PEOPLE

What you're about to read took me hours analyzing data.

This isn't hype ➡️ this is the hard truth about one of crypto's most controversial launches.

THE TECH THAT PROMISED EVERYTHING BUT AIRDROP SUCKS 😒

@monad entered the scene with revolutionary credentials. Built by high-frequency trading veterans @keoneHD @0x_eunice from Jump Trading, this isn't just another EVM chain - it's a complete re-architecture of how blockchains think:

🔥 10,000 TPS with 1-second finality ➡️Through optimistic parallel execution, Monad processes multiple transactions simultaneously instead of the sequential bottleneck plaguing Ethereum. This is genuine innovation.

⚡️ MonadBFT consensus ➡️ Custom-built Byzantine Fault Tolerance with linear communication complexity, allowing massive validator sets without network congestion. Single-slot finality means transactions are final almost instantly.

🗄️ MonadDb ➡️ Purpose-built state database optimized for parallel reads and asynchronous I/O. The execution engine never waits for data.

🎯 Full EVM compatibility ➡️ Zero code changes required. Your MetaMask, Foundry, Hardhat - everything just works. This was supposed to be the frictionless migration path.

💰 $244M raised ➡️ $225M Series A led by @paradigm . The financial backing validated their vision. Over 295 dApps ready at genesis. 1 billion+ testnet transactions. 3.28 million weekly active addresses proving the infrastructure works.

The technology? . A masterpiece of blockchain engineering but what abt community?

THE BETRAYAL THAT SHOCKED THE ECOSYSTEM

But then came the airdrop. And everything changed.

HERE'S WHAT THEY DID:

📊 ONLY 5,500 WALLETS FROM MONAD COMMUNITY QUALIFIED

Out of 700,000+ Discord members - the people who believed, who tested, who built - only 0.74% received recognition.

Meanwhile, 225,000 external wallets got allocated tokens.

Many of these wallets? They didn't even know Monad existed.

THE "REVERSE FARMING" NIGHTMARE:

Actual community member testimonial:

✅ 1 million NFTs minted
✅ 1,200 testnet transactions over 8 months
✅ 100+ faucet claims
✅ 4-year-old wallet with $50,000+ mainnet activity
✅ 0.05 ETH balance maintained

❌ RESULT: NOT ELIGIBLE

WHAT THE FOUNDATION PRIORITIZED INSTEAD:

✅ Hyperliquid whales with massive trading volumes
✅ Blue-chip NFT holders (CryptoPunks, Pudgy Penguins)
✅ Large DeFi capital depositors on Aave, Curve, Uniswap
✅ High-net-worth users from OTHER ECOSYSTEMS

Even $200M+ in trading volume on Hyperliquid wasn't enough for many to qualify. The thresholds were so impossibly high they appeared designed to filter out everyone except elite whales.

THE ANTI-SYBIL EXCUSE THAT DESTROYED TRUST

Monad justified this catastrophe as "sophisticated anti-sybil measures." They claimed testnet activity was "easily bottable" and had to be deprioritized.

👇 But here's the brutal truth:

In their obsession to eliminate every possible bot , they filtered out tens of thousands of genuine humans. They over-optimized for one variable and destroyed their social consensus in the process.

THE COMPARISON THAT EXPOSES EVERYTHING:

@celestia : Rewarded builders, cross-chain stakers, rollup users. Result? Overwhelmingly positive community response.

@Aptos : Primary criterion was incentivized testnet participation. Result? Community expectations met.

NOW THIS 👇

@monad : Prioritized external whales over own testnet warriors. Result? Massive community backlash and "reverse farming" accusations.

THE LONG-TERM DAMAGE

This isn't just about hurt feelings. The consequences are existential:

🔴 Reputational Death: Monad is now branded as the "VC chain" and "whale playground" - permanently alienating grassroots builders who value decentralization.

🔴 Mercenary Capital Flight: Those DeFi whales who got airdropped? They have ZERO loyalty. They'll farm initial yields and exit immediately. When incentives dry up, expect catastrophic TVL collapse.

🔴 Weakened Social Consensus: A strong community provides resilience during bear markets and technical setbacks. Monad just incinerated that defense layer at their moment of birth.

🔴 Broken Social Contract: In Web3, testnet participation = sweat equity. Monad violated the unwritten law that built this entire industry. That trust doesn't come back easily.

🧮 THE NUMBERS DON'T LIE

700,000+ Discord members

5,500 community wallets qualified (0.74%)

225,000 external wallets rewarded

1 billion+ testnet transactions ignored

3.28 million weekly active testnet users forgotten

$12-15B FDV pre-launch valuation

50%+ price drop after token launch

WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN NOW

Monad stands at a crossroads. The technology is world-class.

But tech alone doesn't build ecosystems but people do.

The Foundation must:

1️⃣ Acknowledge & Apologize 👉 Not PR fluff. A real post-mortem explaining the flawed logic.

2️⃣ Launch Phase 2 Incentives 👉 Exclusive program for active testnet users, early Discord members, and testnet builders.

3️⃣ Empower Governance 👉 Give MON real utility beyond gas fees. Let the community have a voice in the protocol's future.

4️⃣ Commit to Transparency 👉Publish clear eligibility criteria in advance for all future programs. Release anonymized distribution data post-event.

The coming months will determine if Monad becomes the scalable home for the entire Ethereum ecosystem OR just another high-performance ghost town for mercenary capital.

😒 Right now, they're on the wrong path.

🫡 THIS IS WHY WE NEED UNITY. THIS IS WHY WE MUST SPEAK UP.

Projects can't keep treating communities like disposable farming tools while enriching VCs and whales.

The entire ethos of crypto: (decentralization, fairness, community ownership) dies when we stay silent.

It's time to hold these projects accountable. Share this truth. Let's build pressure for change.

@earnwithbhavesh @Danishyt2255 @sonucrypto6 @YoussefiIFatima @cryptoimsny2 @Rachityadav0x @Gautamguptagg @TACairdrops @JetXBT @Since_Crypto @EarnByAbhi @Crypto_SunnyS

👉 RT this. Make noise. Demand better. Our communities deserve respect, not exploitation.
