We hired an artist to create the announcement graphic for the $5000 Ranked 4v4 tournament. Most comments disagreed with his use of AI to assist in creating the graphic. Are artists allowed to use this as a tool? What are your disagreements to using AI in this context?

Just using models in SFM would have been better.

If you paid for that, you were scammed. AI can be used as a tool to assist in making art, not make the art itself. That's what was done here.
