Kenyans Must Reject the Dangerous Attempt to Rehabilitate Hoodlums Like Mike Sonko

Kenyans have to fiercely resist any attempts at insinuating hoodlums like Mike Sonko back into the evolving conversation about a future Kenya.

This is especially dangerous when the narrative is being pivoted through disgraced lawyers like @ahmednasirlaw , who, for the right amount of money, will suspend every ounce of honor or shame and defend literally anything that breathes - including war criminals and mass murderers.

Kenyans should stop trying to recalibrate the country’s broken moral compass through such lawyers. Their opportunism over the years has been glaring and shameless.

You do not need to be chaperoned or mentored in this journey to enlightenment by these questionable and unscrupulous charlatans who have no spine and no genuine track record of defending justice organically. When the heat is turned up, they will always capitulate to protect their vast business interests.

In this latest incident, Mike Sonko - the same man who raided, vandalized, and illegally occupied Simmers restaurant in Nairobi CBD with the help of disgraced Ichaweri moron and goiter-stricken Uhuru Kenyatta - cannot suddenly claim any moral authority to tackle another thug like Nyando-born scarecrow and Kileleshwa ODM MCA Robert Alai.

Sonko is actually one of the biggest grabbers of contested family property and public utility land, using the media to engineer spectacles as he masquerades as a fake liberator.

The shocking thing is that Kenyans once toyed with the nightmare of electing him as president, completely overwhelmed by scripted mainstream (githeri) media narratives and state-sponsored propagandists.

Mike Sonko is not, and will never be, representative of the vision of a new Kenya that we all aspire to achieve.

Nairobians made a monumental blunder by importing and platforming these clowns, despite constantly bragging about high education penetration and a thriving middle class population. The future of Kenya cannot be entrusted to recycled political criminals and their enablers. We must draw a firm line.

Characters like Sonko belong in the dustbin of history, not in any serious national conversation. Enough with the rehabilitation of thugs.

It was a bad day in the office for Mwalimu Kangethe after daughter of Agrippina decided that enough is enough when she was punished for submitting her assignment later than expected. Mwalimu Kangethe confidently approached the scene ready to deliver a disciplinary masterclass, only for the situation to turn into a live boxing match where he received a few uppercuts on his kahasho before the Dust could even settle.
