@IRCTCofficial this is the situation of Reserved coaches of Indian railways. Like how these many people are allowed to enter in reserved coaches? What's d benefit of a reserved coach if it has to become a general coach.

Hi @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial,
I am currently traveling through 3AC in Malwa SF Exp (12920). Train washrooms are vry dirty, also water is not coming out of any tap. Need to traverse whole train for water. Attenders are also not available on any side of the coach. HELP!!
