Sending same cancellation mail in bulk to all users. What a scam

@mrtechpedia Yes i got an email too about rejection, i brought and apple watch on dec 3,2024 after one month i applied for redemption of my accumulated points, the app showed that i might take upto 30 days to process the claims but now got an email about rejection @HDFCERGOGIC is scamming

@exploreraneesh @HDFCERGOGIC Same thing happened with me, i complete my steps target, applied for redemption after first month and now they sent an email saying they found some discrepancies and hence rejected my claim. THIS IS A SCAM. @HDFCERGOGIC is looting people.
