I am SO disappointed in @FedEx@FedExHelp@FedExOffice! I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers from @OdeAlaROSE to comfort my mother during her bereavement, scheduled to arrive TUES. It is now FRI!! I’ve called and complained. Still nothing. What is going on??? #badbusiness

Dear @Budget: as a #FastBreak customer of many years, I was extremely frustrated when I reserved a car for 10am today and not only were there no cars available but I #Prepaid for the vehicle. I’ve been on the phone with 3 customer service reps and I can’t get a refund or a car!
