@ICICIBank_Care Worst Customer Care service by your Credit Card division. For redressal & resolution now I'll be approaching RBI Ombudsman next Monday. And if needed then will seek justice from Consumer Forum. Reason: unlawfully blocking my credit cards by falsely flagging as NPA

@Olacabs Just see the fun! I paid my Ola Money dues @ 11:48 and received this SMS of late fee waiver @ 12:03 ! Very smart. And when I called that number, I was told that now it cannot be waived or the amount of ₹200 refunded or transferred to my Ola Wallet. What's the use then?
