dear women, no doctor should do breast examination on you until you have been given medical reasons for it. your breast must be examined in the presence of a chaperone.
this also applies to female doctors... you must have a chaperone present...
women are suing female doctors now!
We don’t appreciate the story of Daniel in the lions’ den enough.
Most of us focus on the miracle of God shutting the lions’ mouths, but the real miracle began long before Daniel ever entered the den.
His enemies investigated his entire life.
They examined his work, his decisions, his conduct, his integrity, and his character. They desperately searched for corruption, negligence, dishonesty, or any mistake they could use against him.
And they found… NOTHING.
“They could find no corruption in him, because he was trustworthy and neither corrupt nor negligent.” — Daniel 6:4
Imagine having people whose sole assignment was to find fault in you, yet after a thorough investigation, the only conclusion they reached was:
“We will never find any basis for charges against this man unless it has something to do with the law of his God.” — Daniel 6:5
Think about that.
The only “weakness” they could identify was his unwavering commitment to God.
They couldn’t accuse him of fraud.
They couldn’t accuse him of incompetence.
They couldn’t accuse him of abuse of power.
They couldn’t accuse him of poor stewardship.
His devotion to God was the only thing they could weaponize against him.
That should challenge every believer.
Daniel wasn’t just a man of prayer; he was a man of unquestionable integrity and excellence. His spirituality was evident not only in his prayer closet but also in the way he handled responsibility.
Before God publicly vindicated Daniel in the lions’ den, Daniel had already won the private battle of character.
Perhaps that’s the greatest lesson from the story.
The miracle wasn’t just that God shut the mouths of the lions.
It was that Daniel lived such an exemplary life that even his enemies could find no fault in him except that he loved and obeyed God.

🚨WOW!!!
Every Tuesday and Thursday for EIGHT YEARS STRAIGHT, a 73-year-old grandfather has volunteered at a Virginia hospital NICU to hold babies fighting for their lives, some weighing under 2 POUNDS.
And before he lays each one down, he whispers the same blessing over every baby:
"Grow strong. Grow smart. Grow kind." ❤️
His name is Dave Whitlow. He's 73 years old.
He's not a doctor or a nurse. He's a retired government manager, a father of two, a grandfather of three... who decided his retirement belonged to the smallest, most fragile babies in Richmond VA.
Every visit, he holds five or six of them, babies smaller than a loaf of bread, whose parents can't be there every hour because they need to work.
So Dave is there and he's never once missed a day.
"It's the best gig I've ever had. It just feels right."
He doesn't just hold the babies, he says the job is holding up the exhausted parents and the worn-down nurses too. "It all kind of gets tied together, they need God's love too."
For 8 years, every single baby gets the same blessing before he lays them down:
"Grow strong. Grow smart. Grow kind."
Why those words?
"This is what I want from people in general."
He says that somewhere out there in the world are eight years of kids, currently walking, running, starting school, who will never know that when they were two pounds and fighting for every breath, he held them and spoke those words over their lives.
That brings him joy.
He calls that NICU a family he never expected and can't imagine leaving.
GOD BLESS Dave Whitlow.
Grow strong. Grow smart. Grow kind. 🇺🇸
We are writing with heavy hearts to cry out for help.
42 children from Mussa Primary and Junior Secondary School, Askira Uba LGA, Borno State were abducted on May 15, 2026. The children include toddlers as young as 2 years old.
Today marks 67 days and our children are still being held in the forests. We have not heard anything about their whereabouts or condition.
We have waited, we have prayed, and we have reported. But up to today, we have not seen concrete action from the Borno State Government under Governor Babagana Zulum to secure their release and bring them home safely.
Our children are in the forest. They are scared, hungry, and in danger. Every day that passes puts their lives at more risk.
We are pleading:
1. Governor Zulum: Please act now. Deploy all necessary resources for the immediate rescue of the 42 Mussa children.
2. Security agencies: We need a coordinated rescue operation urgently.
3. The public and media: Help us amplify this. Do not let our children be forgotten.
We are parents, we are a community, and we are desperate. We cannot do this alone.
Please, help us call on the authorities to act before it is too late. Our children deserve to come home.
Thank you for standing with us.
Sincerely,
Concerned Parents and Community Members of Mussa, Borno State, Nigeria.
I always knew Joseph’s brothers threw him in a well. What I never noticed was HOW he gets out of it.
In the Quran, a caravan comes by, a man lowers his bucket for water, and he accidentally finds Joseph down there. They take him and sell him as goods. Surah 12:19.
So in the Quran, Joseph is basically FOUND. Discovered by strangers.
Then I read Genesis, and the brothers are far guiltier.
Reuben throws him in an empty pit, planning to rescue him later. But while Reuben’s away, Judah looks at a passing caravan of Ishmaelite traders and says: why kill him? Let’s SELL him. And they do. For twenty pieces of silver. Genesis 37:26-28.
The brothers don’t lose Joseph to a passing stranger. They traffic him. They pocket the silver. It’s cold, deliberate, and damning.
Here’s what I kept circling back to.
The Bible makes the brothers MORE guilty, not less. It names Reuben. Names Judah. Names the price. Names the buyers. It refuses to soften what they did.
That’s not a book protecting its heroes.
That’s a book telling the brutal truth.
And here’s the detail that wrecked me.
Twenty pieces of silver. A brother, sold for silver, by Judah.
Fast forward 1,700 years. Another descendant of Judah is betrayed and sold. For thirty pieces of silver. By a man named Judas, which is just the Greek form of Judah. Matthew 26:15.
The “sold for silver” detail… It’s a thread.
And the Quran’s version, where Joseph is just accidentally found, snaps that thread.
I used to say the Bible was the corrupted book.
But the Bible kept the silver, kept the betrayal, kept the guilt, because it was all pointing forward.
Joseph sold for silver, betrayed by his brothers, descending into a pit, rising to save the very ones who betrayed him.
That was always a portrait of Jesus.
The Bible kept every ugly detail because every detail was a signpost.
And they all pointed to the cross and crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
Happy birthday to the man who fought another lecturer who wanted sex over my hard work as a student. A lecturer boldly failed me because I refused a visit. He was known for it. I was in 200 level then. I saw the disappointment on my professor's face because this was someone he helped.
When the information got to my professor, he took immediate action.
On the agreed date for the hearing, I got into the room with my previous results on the table. All I heard was, "It cannot be Blessing. Dr, something is wrong. She wrote all of these in the past. She is diligent. It can't be my daughter. Dismiss this."
Although it was too late for the portal to change the verdict online, I am glad my innocence was proven. All my scripts magically reappeared. And the next generation after me has not had to deal with such an element. I saw my script. I did not fail, as written by the man who lacks self-discipline.
I have not forgotten how you stood up for me, Sir. You made sure whoever did this paid heavily for it. It is 5 years after graduation but everything is still new in my heart.
Professor Modo gave me access to his library. He encouraged me to be steadfast. He has not forgotten me. He spoke to me early this year and told me to further my studies since I am well now.
Throughout the time I was sick, he was always talking to me. He would say, "When you are ready, go to this institution and tell XYZ that you are from me."
Thank you, my amiable Professor Innocent Modo. You stood up for so many. You shielded many with school fees and feeding money. I witnessed it as a student then. May God keep shielding you, Sir.

After Hagar fled from Sarah for maltreating her out of jealousy, she went to the wilderness where God appeared to her and blessed her because the child she was carrying was a seed of Abraham. After God blessed her, she called him ‘El Roi’ - meaning, the God who sees me.
Prior to that time, no one had ever seen her. Her only identity was Sarah’s hand maid. Sarah saw her as a maid. Abraham saw her as Sarah’s maid. People saw her as Sarah’s maid. But for the first time in her life, someone saw her. Someone saw her enough to bless her. That is also the very first time someone gave God a name - El Roi.
I don’t know what you’re going through but I know many of you are at your lowest point and nobody sees you. I pray God sees you. El Roi ❤️
There was this woman in our area who stopped going to church.
She said and i quote “Abeg, God dey everywhere. I can pray from my house.”
And truly, she was right. God is everywhere.
But one Sunday, her pastor decided to visit after service to know why she has not been coming to church. He didn’t come with any long talk he just sat with her outside, where she was roasting corn on a sunday morning 😆
After a while, the pastor used a stick to pull one burning charcoal out of the fire and left it on its own. At first, it was still red and hot, but after small time, it went black and cold.
Then the pastor smiled and said,
“That’s how it is when you stay away from other believers. Your fire go slowly die.”
That day, she understood.
Let me tell you, sometimes, it’s not that you don’t love God, your spirit just gets weak because you’ve been alone too long.
When you go to church, it’s not just about hearing a sermon. It’s about catching fire again, through songs, through testimonies, through people who remind you that you’re not alone.
So today, wear that outfit, carry your Bible, and go to church.
Because when believers gather, strength multiplies. 🔥
Some good news never gets shared.
The promotion stays between you and your spouse. The raise never comes up at dinner. You park the new car down the street so your brother won't see it from his window. An opportunity arrives, and your first instinct isn't excitement. You start thinking about who might feel worse once they know.
The obligation is to make sure your success never costs someone else their comfort. It’s the same rule you learned at the dinner table long before promotions or salaries entered your life: stay small so nobody’s feelings get hurt.
Adulthood simply gives the rule more expensive ways to express itself.
Consideration for other people is a virtue, which is why this obligation is so easy to confuse with morality. You convince yourself you're being thoughtful. You leave achievements unmentioned. You downplay milestones. You celebrate in private.
After enough repetitions, shrinking yourself no longer feels like a choice. It becomes part of the person you believe you’re supposed to be.
You stop asking what you’ve earned and start asking what other people can comfortably tolerate. Your life slowly bends around their emotional limits. Success becomes something to manage instead of something to enjoy.
One day you realize the version of your life everyone knows is much smaller than the one you've actually built.
You often do this because you are afraid of becoming a target for envious people or drawing attention to your success as a person
Suzanne was given a choice: deny Jesus or die.
When Islamic militants attacked her village in northern Nigeria, they demanded that she convert to Islam. Suzanne refused. Because she would not deny Christ, a militant shot her in the head.
Shockingly, the bullet did not kill her, but instead passed through both of her eyes, leaving her blind. The attackers assumed she was dead and left her beside her father, who had been k1lled in the same attack.
When villagers later came to bury the bodies, they discovered she was still alive. In an interview with Ryan Miller, he asked her “What would you say to the man who shot you in the face and took your eyes if they were standing here right now?”
She replied: "I have nothing to do to him. We'd shake hands of love. We would hug each other, we would pray. I don't hate him in my heart ever because he shot me. I have already forgiven him. I'm praying for him always that God will forgive him and also forgive me too."
Pray for believers like Suzanne and for persecuted Christians around the world—that they would be strengthened, protected, and that their courage would continue to point people to Jesus!
I met this 14-year-old boy, Okpako-Onyokoko Ovie Joel, from Graceland International School, Port Harcourt, and I have been so impressed by his exploits.
36 international awards in Mathematics at just 14 years old.
He is a star, and the world will know him.
Let's not forget that Zidane, the young man from Southern Kaduna, was arrested by the authorities, and sentenced to death for finding the courage to defend his community against Fulani jihadists.
He's still on death row in Kaduna prison.
Self defence is not a crime. Zidane should be released immediately.
A wife would tell her friend how lucky she was to be married to a particular man
She would share all the benefits of her good fortune
Later, she would wonder why the same friend persuaded her husband to be her lover
An open mouth is like an open door
Anything can crawl in through it
Guys, let me quickly share this testimony before I go to bed. 🥹❤️
Yesterday, I lost my small purse. It had ₦25,000 and my company ID inside. I searched everywhere and spent the whole day feeling frustrated and discouraged.
Before I slept, I prayed, “God, please show me where it is.”
So I had a dream that I was searching through the trash bins in my compound.
As soon as I woke up this morning, I went straight there, before my neighbors were even awake.
And guess what?
There it was. My pause, exactly where I saw it in the dream. 😭🙌🏽
Nobody can convince me that God isn’t real. He still speaks. He still answers prayers. He still shows up when we call on Him.
To God be all the glory. ❤️🙏🏽
I heard a story that happened in Mpape Abuja around 2017.
A certain man had defiled a little girl of less than 13.
He was arrested by the Police and after spending days in cell he and the parents "settled" and he was bailed on a Thursday.
It so happened that every Thursday a certain NGO fighting for the rights of women and children usually visits stations to take up cases that involve assault, rape and defilement of children and women.
As his bail was being rounded up the NGO folks came in and requested for the week's register and they saw his case there.
That was how the matter changed oo.
The girl's parents begged to no avail. The NGO ensured the man faced the full wrath of the law.
Till I left Abuja in 2021 the young man was still in Kuje.
So those telling us because that girl's parents want no further investigations on Umahi's connection to the murder Of Mary should calm down please.
The case is supposed to be Be Umahi vs the State not the girl's family.
NURSING MOTHERS WHERE ARE YOU?
Breastfeeding is not just about milk.
It’s not just feeding a baby.
It’s the first conversation.
The first connection.
The first promise of safety.
It’s how a baby learns:
“I belong.
I’m loved.
I’m safe.”
When a baby is held skin to skin, heartbeat to heartbeat...
Their brain lights up.
Their body calms down.
Their tiny heart slows.
Their immune system wakes up.
This is not just comfort.
This is medicine.
The kind only a mother can give.
But you’ve been tricked.
You were told that formula is the same.
That a bottle is “modern.”
That powders can replace presence.
They can’t.
They never will.
Because babies don’t just need to eat.
They need to feel.
Smell.
Hear.
Touch.
Bond.
They need you.
And here’s the part they don’t tell you:
You need it too.
Holding your baby heals you.
It grounds you.
It releases the hormones that protect, connect, and rebuild you.
But we live in a world that rushes mothers.
Tells them to hand the baby off.
Get back to work.
Be “productive.”
But what is more productive than raising a secure, healthy, whole human being?
Touch is not a luxury.
Breastfeeding is not just food.
Bonding is not a bonus.
It is the blueprint.
The beginning.
The foundation.
So hold your baby.
Feed your baby.
Stay close.
The world can wait.
Don’t forget to reach out for a well-structured meal plan. Share and tag your friends.
Where is the Hannah Generation?
It is becoming increasingly difficult to find women who understand that the greatest thing GOD can entrust to them is not merely a child…
But a generation. Children were never given to us simply to preserve our family names. They were given so that the testimony of JESUS CHRIST would continue in the earth.
Every child born into a believing home is Heaven’s declaration that another witness can yet arise.
Yet somewhere along the way… We stopped raising children for GOD. We began raising them for ourselves.
We pray for children… But rarely pray that those children would belong entirely to CHRIST.
We ask GOD to make them successful… But scarcely ask HIM to make them holy. We dream of doctors…
Lawyers… Engineers… Politicians…
Yet who is still asking GOD for prophets? Who is still weeping for evangelists? Who is still travailing for shepherds after GOD’S own heart?
The Problem with our generation is not merely that Hophni and Phinehas are multiplying. The Real isssue is that Hannahs are disappearing.
We lament the corruption in the Church. We speak endlessly about compromised pulpits. We grieve over men who have turned the Holy Place into a marketplace.
But who is asking GOD for their replacements? Who is willing to carry the burden before Heaven until another Samuel is born?
The answer to a corrupt priesthood was never another complaint. It was another Hannah. Samuel was not Heaven’s accident. He was Heaven’s answer.
An answer that first existed as a burden in the heart of a praying woman. Long before Samuel stood before Eli… He had already been offered to GOD. Long before he heard the voice of the LORD… His mother had already surrendered his life.
That is how GOD has often preserved HIS purposes in the earth. HE first finds a woman HE can trust… Before HE raises the man the world will eventually see.
The Church keeps asking why darkness is increasing.
Perhaps we should first ask… Where are the women who are still weeping before GOD?
Where are the ladies who understand that motherhood is not merely biological… It is deeply theological. Where are the mothers who see every child as an offering?
Who understand that the womb is not merely a place where babies are formed… But a place from which generations can be gifted back to GOD.
The greatest gift Hannah ever gave Israel… Was not Samuel. The greatest gift she gave was her willingness to let Samuel belong to GOD.
That is what made the difference. Our generation does not simply need more children. It needs children who have already been surrendered before they arrived the World.
Children who belong to CHRIST before they belong to the world. Children whose lives are already laid upon the altar before they ever stand upon a platform.
May GOD raise ladies who will make covenants before conception. Women who will say, “LORD, if YOU place a child in my womb…
That child will never be mine. HE will be YOURS.”
May HE raise mothers whose tears will become the birthplace of another generation of Samuels.
A generation that will restore honor to the Holy Place.
A generation that will replace the Hophnis and the Phinehases of our day.
A generation that will once again make the voice of GOD precious in the earth. Heaven is still searching.
The question has not changed.
Where…
Is…
The Hannah Generation?
