I spoke to the fate of @UNRWA - an Agency as old as the Geneva Conventions - is irremediably tied to the fate of our fraying rules-based international order.

The Agency is under fierce & relentless attacks because of what it represents:

- The commitment of the international community to Palestine;
- 75 years of human development work through quality education and healthcare;
- A lifeline + a humanitarian machine, with unparalleled ability to respond to emergencies;
- The custody of Palestinian history & identity;
- The witness to countless horrors and indignities Palestinians have endured in the dystopian horror that #Gaza has become.

It is time to act in defense of #PalestineRefugees.
We simply cannot become numb to crimes being committed at such great scale & to the explicit violation of International Law.

We must recommit to multilateralism & its institutions, including the @UN of which UNRWA is an integral part.
